Post to eJOBS

• Click on Employer,
• Click on the Employer Account Registration button, complete the registration and submit
• You will receive a verification email, proceed with verifying your email address
• Within one business day, you will receive a welcome email requesting you to create a password

• Click on Employer
• Enter your User ID and password
• Click on “Create a Job Posting”
• All items with an asterisk (*) are required fields
• Select the sub-categories in which you would like your position to appear
• Insert or type your job description
• Click on the “Submit” button
• Job postings will be reviewed and approved within one business day

Email
When Email is selected, you will be e-mailed each time a user applies for the posting. The email will contain the student’s information and attached application documents.

Accumulate Online
When Accumulate Online is selected, the contact will not receive any notifications when students apply, but you may login to eJOBS at anytime before the job archives to view the accumulating list of applications.

Other (enter below)
When you check off “Other” within your job posting a text box will appear where you can direct applicants to apply for your position, such as an external website or email address.

• Login to your employer eJOBS account
• Click on ‘Create Job Posting’ under the top right Shortcuts
• Go to ‘Copy Existing’ near the top of the job posting form
• Select the drop down from either current or archived job postings
• Select the job posting you would like to renew
• The job posting form will automatically populate with the previous posting’s content
• Hit ‘Submit’

• Click on Employer 
• Click on”Get a password”, which is below the “Sign In” button
• Type in your email address and click on the “Go” button
• A password reset email will be sent to you
