About Workplace Education

The Centre for Workplace Education provides career education and bridges employers and students through Work Integrated Learning programs (WIL), principally through Co-operative Education and eJOBS.

Explore Work Integrated Learning programs

Through Work Integrated Learning programs, employers and educators share the responsibility of preparing students for today’s rapidly changing environment. Employers become co-educators and help to develop students as effective members of their industries.

eJOBS

The student and employer community are linked through a job posting portal. BCIT current students and alumni have free access to this service. If you are looking to hire a BCIT student or alumni, post your positions whether it be full-time, part-time, or temporary/seasonal (non-co-op).
