Work out every day and enjoy five lunch hour classes for the price of one. A different class is offered each day. All of these classes are free for BCIT students/staff and are on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is only required if you will be attending virtually for classes offered online.
Monday- Cardio Plus
Are you ready to elevate your fitness game to a whole new level? Join our exhilarating Cardio Plus Fitness Class, where we combine heart-pounding cardio exercises with a diverse range of strength and flexibility training to create a comprehensive and invigorating workout experience. Your fitness adventure starts here!
Tuesday – Strength & Conditioning
This class is designed to increase physical strength and muscular endurance using weight-bearing and compound strength building exercises. All major muscle groups will be worked using dumbells, bodyweight and core exercises.
Wednesday- Group Cycle
Get you ready for next level outdoor riding. On the road, the gravel trails or the mountains.
40 minutes of hill climbs, fast flats and sprints will make you stronger and fitter for any riding you do.
Group Cycle will be running from May 8 – June 26
Thursday- H.I.T.T.
Alternating short periods of intense or explosive anaerobic exercises with brief recovery periods until the point of exhaustion. [1] HITT involves exercises performed in repeated quick bursts at maximum or near maximal effort with periods of rest or low activity
Friday- Mobility Stretch (In-person/online)
Help improve posture and alleviate tight and over stressed muscles with this 40 minute stretch rehabilitation focused class. *Registration is required to attend online*
Group Fitness Public Pass
Public Members can purchase a Group Fitness Public Pass to take part in our Group Fitness program. You can purchase this pass at the front desk in SE-16.

Zumba Private Class
This high energy dance fitness workout feels more like a party than a workout. Grooving to the beats of salsa, merengue, and other popular dance styles you will burn calories, strengthen your core and improve your flexibility and balance. This ‘exercise in disguise” workout will emphasize moving to the music and having a good time, no rhythm required. Bring a water bottle and your smile!

Pilates Private Sessions
Grab your Magic circle and experience the magic of Pilates. Challenge and build your core with a variety of small props for a full-body workout. This class combines the best from the traditional Mat repertoire along with some magical twists and creative challenges.

TRX Personal Training
