Campus Planning

Campus Planning aims to create a welcoming, healthy and safe campus environment for the BCIT community. The division oversees the management of BCIT’s physical assets and natural resources and works collaboratively with the institute’s community to guide the evolution of the physical campus and improve existing facilities. Key responsibilities include long-range land-use planning, capital project planning, developing policies and plans, facility space planning, as well as maintaining facility information including maps and floor plans.

Sustainability practices

Our long range plans allow us to integrate sustainability into initiatives with broader scope and longer terms. We create plans based on sustainable land use principles that will guide us to a greener and more efficient campus over time.
