Engage with BCIT
The School of Business + Media invites high schools to request an engagement session to help students prepare students guide their future and guide them into a program right for them. The following sessions are a great way to introduce BCIT to students.
High School Visits
Are you interested in having a BCIT Business + Media subject matter expert speak to your students? BCIT instructors and student recruitment specialists can speak directly with high school classes both virtually and in person. High school instructors can book times for our subject matter experts to talk about specific programs, jobs, and industries, providing high school students with the knowledge to help them make important decisions about their futures. You can learn more about our high school visits and book a time slot through this at our High School Visits page.
Business Case Competition
The BCIT Business Case Competition is an competition available to grade 10 – 12 students. Students will have approximately one month to learn how to write a case and compete individually against peers from within their school grades. BCIT will provide all materials, judges, and support teams. Students who participate in this optional competition can compete for prizes and make invaluable industry connections while learning from our hand-picked mentors who are active members in their respective industries. The next Business Case Competition will be taking place on November 30, 2024. For more information, please contact Justin Kim.
Spend a Day Program
The Spend a Day Program is an on-going program that allows students spend a day shadowing a BCIT student. Students will experience the campus, sit in on lectures and labs, and get your questions answered by real BCIT students. Learn more about the Spend a Day Program.
