Bookings
Videos and DVDs may be booked for teaching purposes up to six months in advance. Requests may be made in person at the Service Desk, by telephone at 604-432-8370, or by email.
To avoid disappointment, submit requests as far in advance as possible. Include title and call number, pickup and return dates, and location where the item is to be shown.
Pre-booked media may be picked up at the Service Desk. Media requested from other campuses will be sent to the user’s home campus.
Intercampus loans
Some videos and DVDs may be brought in from other campus libraries for pick up. To do this, complete a request form at the Service Desk of your campus library.
Videos from outside sources, rentals & previews
For videos and DVDs from outside sources, rentals, and previews, contact Interlibrary Services in person at SE14–201A, by telephone at 604-432-8619, or by email. Viewing facilities are available in all three campus libraries.
Licensing & copyright

Media cannot be copied or transferred (in whole or in part) without written permission from the copyright owner.
