The Burnaby Campus Library has 14 Project and Study Rooms for student use which can be booked online.

All rooms may be booked in 30 minute blocks up to a maximum of two hours per day, per group. Rooms may be booked up to one week in advance. Bookings can be made online or in person at the Service Desk in SE14. There is a $1.00 fee for in-person booking and students must have a valid BCIT Student ID card and be prepared to present it on request.

Bookings are forfeited if not claimed within 15 minutes of the booking start time. Rooms may be block-booked by the Library for special projects.
