The BCIT Marine Campus is situated near the Lonsdale Quay on the North Shore of Vancouver Harbour. The location provides an unobstructed view of the harbour and well-established vital links with the many diverse elements of the shipping industry.
The completion of the simulator project in 2011 gives BCIT the highest degree of simulation response in the world and the capacity to serve the training and research needs of the marine industry in British Columbia and across North-America.
