For BCIT students, donor-funded awards make the difference between giving up on a lifelong dream and making it come true. Your contribution can help. By supporting BCIT students, you’ll not only be helping our learners reach their goals and become the leaders, innovators, and creators that our world needs, you’ll also be inspiring others to give back, too.
Ways to give
The first step is to decide how you want to make your contribution. You can establish an award in two ways: endowed awards and annual awards.

Once you have decided how you want to give, you can select what type(s) of awards you would like your contribution to support. Please see below for the different types of student awards:
Recognizing your gift
BCIT appreciates the generosity of donors who make the institute and our students a priority in their philanthropic giving. Recognition opportunities may include:
- Naming of scholarships, awards, and bursaries
- Naming of endowed funds
- Listing on our Student Awards Celebration program, if applicable
- Listing on our BCIT Foundation Annual Report, if applicable
