Faculty and staff
Faculty and staff play a crucial role in supporting student well-being. Our actions can profoundly impact student success.
The following guides offer valuable resources to assist you in recognizing signs of distress, practical strategies for supporting them, and the best channels for referring students to relevant supports.
We appreciate the commitment and dedication faculty and staff have towards supporting students who are distressed. However, be aware that only students can book their appointments by calling the Counselling front desk. We suggested that faculty and staff refer students to our service and even accompany them while they make their appointments, but only they can book appointments for themselves.
