- Original cash register receipt and A00# or valid ID are required
- Refunds/exchanges will be accepted within 7 days of purchase
- All purchases of course materials for courses running for 7 days or less are final sale
- All purchases made during exam periods are final sale
- New books must be in mint condition (no bent, soiled, or water damaged pages, etc.)
- Materials that are shrink-wrapped or in sealed boxed sets are non-refundable if opened
- BCIT Custom course manuals and all code books are final sale
- Digital Materials (CEI Digital, E-texts, Access Codes, and UCentral) are final sale
General merchandise
- Original cash register receipt and A00# or valid ID are required
- Refunds/exchanges for General Merchandise will be accepted within 14 days of purchase and in original condition/packaging
- Paper/vellum sold in single sheets are final sale
- For hygienic reasons, stethoscopes, lab coats, nursing scrubs, coveralls, safety boots, safety goggles, respirator masks, and earbuds/headphones are non-refundable

- Shipping/handling fees are non-refundable. Costs associated with shipment returns are the responsibility of the customer
