Non-BCIT Individuals

Please schedule your exam through our online registration system, where you will be able to choose your preferred testing location (Downtown Campus or Burnaby Campus), date, and time.

- Have your home institution’s contact information (name, email, and phone #) ready before registering.
- If your home institution requires your exam to be returned by courier, and they do not cover the costs, additional fees will apply based on the courier destination. You will be expected to make payment for courier fees on the date of your exam.
To complete your online registration process, you are required to pay an exam invigilation fee to reserve your seat. This fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, and no change of date is permitted. Payment must be made via MasterCard or VISA only. Visa Debit and Amex is not accepted.
- The invigilation fee for exams that are for 3-hours or less is $65 + GST.
- For exams that are over 3-hours, there is an additional charge of $15 per hour (or part thereof) + GST.
Once you have booked your exam, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your exam session. This includes proctor information, Test Centre location, and the date and time of your exam booking.
