Overview
About the program
This microcredential combines customer handling and basic automotive collision knowledge skills toward perfecting collision repair estimates required in the industry to meet the needs of various stakeholders. The collision repair industry has recognized that repair estimating skills are changing with the introduction of battery electric vehicles and advanced driver-assistance technologies. Estimating software is also changing to meet the requirements of the changing automotive technologies—drastically enough that both new and upskilling professionals will benefit from the learning content which aims to meet the demands of insurance providers, business owners, and collision repair technicians.
