• Use this email template and email header to invite and encourage members of your organization/team/community to participate in “We Will Always Remember” project.
• Book a in-person space/send a meeting invite for the “We Will Always Remember” team activity prior to/on September 30th
• Arrange for team members to have access to origami/construction paper, markers, plain paper (anything to create/sew/draw their orange shirt)
• Share examples of actions you can take toward reconciliation (organization-wide or at the individual level) ahead of the “We Will Always Remember” activity to allow people to think about what they will do to advance reconciliation.
