Long-term Care Management Online Information Session

This four-course, part-time, online program is designed primarily for staff who aspire to move into leadership positions within the rapidly expanding long-term care industry but is also open to individuals with experience in other industries. The program will provide you with an overview of the key concepts necessary for successful leadership in long-term care. You will learn about the uniqueness of the long-term care environment, the legislative considerations and the population being served. You will be challenged to apply concepts that support a culture of continuous quality improvement where residents feel safe, secure and satisfied in receiving care that meets their needs.

This information session will include a presentation done by program staff and a round of Q&A. You will receive a Zoom link one hour before the start of the session.
