Course Overview
At the centre of business analysis is the ability to draw out and clearly articulate the requirements of key stakeholders. This course provides exposure to a variety of methods and tools used to elicit, document, and confirm requirements. The results of stakeholder engagement and elicitation is a core input for business analysis activity. You will learn these topics through lectures, exercises and discussions, case studies and/or scenario-based problem solving, both individually and working in teams.
