Course Overview
A business analyst, as part of a team, works to translate stakeholder requirements into solutions that provide value to the organization. This course covers the structuring of requirements, assessing potential design alternatives and ensuring that the implemented solution provides intended benefit to the organization. This course will also expose you to approaches for modelling and confirming the utility of both requirements and designs. You will learn these topics through lectures, exercises and discussions, case studies and/or scenario-based problem solving, both individually and working in teams.
