Course details

Designed to provide participants with a conceptual framework for preparing and conducting negotiations and to give them hands-on experience in using this framework. After analyzing the negotiation concepts, the major focus of the course will be on negotiation exercises designed to highlight a range of important issues about the negotiation process. This course will be relevant to entrepreneurs, managers, lawyers, human and labour relations practitioners and individuals in government. Excellent supplement to either Certificate program. This course may be eligible for students to receive funding through the StrongerBC Future Skills Grant at www.bcit.ca/financial-aid/strongerbc-future-skills-grant. Students register themselves into the course, then apply for the StrongerBC Future Skills Grant to cover payment, if eligible.
