- International Fees
International fees are typically 3.12 times the domestic tuition. Exact cost will be calculated upon completion of registration.
Course Overview
This course is for prospective NDT technicians to introduce the engineering materials and the processes used during manufacturing. Topics include material properties of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, alloying, as well as casting, forging, extruding and welding processes. This M&P course is designed to meet the requirements of the NRCan Non-Destructive Certification Body (NCB) for CGSB-48.9712 certification. Students are required to use a calculator, apply basic trigonometry and use exponential functions. Students are required to have access to steel toed safety boots and safety glasses in the event a tour is scheduled.
