Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Explain key activities and responsibilities throughout project phases from concept to implementation for projects ranging from large capital projects to small improvements.
- Compare, evaluate, and select various project financing options and delivery methods suited to different types of projects.
- Adapt common project management tools for community energy management and emission reduction projects to manage communications, scheduling, costs, risk, etc.
