This course partners students with industry sponsored projects, under teacher supervision, to provide students with a portfolio piece, real-world experience, and with industry contacts and references.
Prerequisite(s)
- 70% in XCOM 1007 and 70% in XCOM 1008 and 70% in COMM 1009 and 70% in COMM 1013 and 70% in XCOM 1110 and 70% in COMM 1260 and 70% in XCOM 2040 and 70% in COMM 2206 and 70% in COMM 2207† and (70% in XCOM 1000 or 70% in XCOM 1005 or 70% in XCOM 3110 or 70% in XCOM 3840) († may be taken concurrently)
- And one eligible 3-credit COMP or MDIA elective.

Your industry project will start in April 2024. A faculty project supervisor will be in touch with you via email to set-up your industry project the week of April 8. Do not register in COMM 2210 if you do not intend to start your project in 2024 Spring/Summer term.
