The course introduces subdivisions and the subdivision application process, the process of issuing permits for items impacting ministry right-of-way, a basic overview of the ministry's roles and responsibilities, how the Development Services staff gather input from a multitude of agencies and ministry experts including the Road and Bridge Area Mangers.
