Course Overview
This course examines the role that community climate leadership plays in driving action. Effective climate action must bridge local engagement with global impact. As a result, climate leaders must understand how community, place, and scale impact climate action. In this course, learners reflect on their personal skills and values and develop climate communication competencies, with an emphasis on equity and empathy. The course draws on concepts from change management, values-based communication, and conflict resolution, connecting these approaches to community climate action.
