Course Overview
This course concentrates on exam content from the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) and other resources. The program is designed for preparing you to write the Project Management Institute (PMI) Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) certification exam. You will prepare for the exam through a comprehensive review of the PMI project management fundamentals and core concepts, review of the predictive and agile methodologies, and review of business analysis frameworks as they relate to examination. The course includes an outline of the certification process and exam format, along with practice exam questions, a simulated exam, and practical test-taking techniques.
