Course Overview
Refreshes theoretical knowledge of the trade in preparation for the Automotive Service Technician 1 Certificate of Qualification examination. Topics covered will include: basic electrical systems, brake systems, general automotive maintenance, general automotive practices, steering systems, suspension systems, tools and equipment, wheels and tires, and workplace safety. - Working experience or prior training on automotive brakes, steering, suspension, and electrical/electronic systems
