Course Overview
Oral and written communication is a major component of the roles and responsibilities of a construction manager. From negotiating contracts, to explaining scopes of work, directing employees to reporting project status, change orders and financial updates to clients; effective and professional communication will help you to gain commitment and buy-in from the variety of stakeholders engaged with every day. This course will provide you opportunities to build on your general communication skills, as well as report writing and presentation skills. The course will focus on the overall structure, organization of information and the logical progression of concepts.
