First Responders

The First Responder Career Development Program (FRCDP) was established in 2011 to help first responder organizations and individuals meet the professional development needs of their industry. Some of our specializations include succession planning, training needs assessments, professional development programs, identification of transferrable skills and prior learning assessment and recognition, retirement and injury transition programs, and post-secondary education programs.
