Course Overview
This course will provide an overall understanding of the role of the ship and port agents/agencies in the global logistics supply chain. During the course, students will study the duties and responsibilities of the ship and port agents. The step-by-step process of vessel arrival and departure, and the role of the agent in relation to contractual obligations, will be analyzed in detail.
