Course Overview
Provides fundamental knowledge of IT outsourcing in China. Covers market and labour analysis, business partner development, and implementation plans. Main topics focus on IT and manufacturing outsourcing, including development of outsourcing companies, human resource management, related policies and regulations of the Chinese government, quality control and coordination with end users.
