The Information Access and Privacy Office(IAPO) is responsible for the administration of BCIT’s access to information and protection of privacy program, including responding to requests for access to information under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and other formal requests for BCIT records and information, investigating complaints of breaches of an individual’s privacy rights and responding to all other inquiries about BCIT’s access to information and protection of privacy practices.
