Course Overview
The media industry is exponentially growing and changing. In this course you will discover broadcast jargon, some broadcast history, and most importantly how to work on your pitch. Knowing what a pitch is and being able to practice pitching is crucial in any business but especially media. This begins with knowing how to navigate the media landscape. Human beings are natural born storytellers, it is part of why so many of us are drawn towards media. There are many ways to be a part of the industry that bring these stories to life but in all aspects of the business at some point you will have to pitch yourself and your idea. This interactive course is the place to practice and perfect your pitch.
