BCIT aligns with quality assurance processes as required by the Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Training and the Degree Quality Assessment Board (DQAB). The Quality Assurance Process Audit (QAPA) is an external review of public post-secondary institutions’ quality processes, as established by the Quality Assurance Audit Committee, a standing committee of the DQAB.
BCIT participated in the QAPA process in 2017-18, as one of the first institutions to pilot the process. Reports related to BCIT’s QAPA process are available below:
