ICES does not offer direct phone service or in-person contact. ICES representatives can currently only be reached by email using the contact form below. Please refrain from contacting the BCIT switchboard as they are unable to answer specific ICES questions.

Applying in-person (currently unavailable)

Please continue to apply either online or by mail. BCIT will not be accepting ICES applications or payments in person and only drop off service will be offered (within regular scheduled hours) for any applicants who arrive in person. Student Information and Enrollment Services is available 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Due to limited staffing levels, we will continue to operate online only.

If you cannot access the online application, you can complete the paper-based application form and send it by mail.

ICES can work with you to determine what type of evaluation report best suits your needs.
