Simulation Modalities

All health professionals need to master a set of skills relevant to their profession. The simulation program supports the development of these skills through practice to mastery on a variety of task trainers, low complexity manikins and standardized participants.

Simulation experiences offered support the further development of critical thinking, priority setting, communication and situational applied skills to the care of a patient or client. This is done through the use of higher complexity manikins in a realistic health care setting and the use of standardized participants.
