Entrance Requirements

This line of work requires students to be very detail-oriented, and able to work well with the public. To be successful in this program, students must be able to use a computer and communicate at a BC Grade 12 English level.

Please understand: The passing grade for each course is 70%. Dental terminology requires the utmost accuracy in spelling. Any spelling mistakes will result in lost marks, and this is non-negotiable.

Students need to be Windows 10 literate and able to manage files prior to starting COMP 0285. (COMP 1002 or equivalent knowledge)

Formal application to the Statement of Completion is not required, as this is not a BCIT credential. Upon successful completion of these three courses, a Statement of Completion will be issued.
