BCIT develops offshore programming with partner institutions abroad. Over 6,000 students have enrolled in BCIT’s International programs, with nearly 4,000 graduates in Computing, Mechanical, Digital Animation, Automobile Services Technician, and Mining programs.

BCIT’s unique curriculum and competency based training are delivered with international partners ensuring “The World needs more BCIT” brand to thrive. Students at foreign institutes that have established offshore programs with BCIT can gain the advantage of attaining a BCIT international credential. After obtaining an international credential in their home country, foreign students are eligible to study at the senior level of the respective programs at BCIT, leading to the Bachelor of Technology programs.

BCIT International is developing Centres of Competency in offshore countries. These provide the physical infrastructure, platforms and programs to enable faculty and students to work and learn globally. BCIT continues its development for the applied education model of knowledge transfer to promote global economic prosperity along with its international partners.
